Boys basketball: Falcons drop seventh straight

WINDER -- Winder-Barrow held Flowery Branch to just 14 first half points en route to a 57-36 win.

The Bulldoggs opened the game with an 18-9 first quarter and then extended the lead to 36 14 by halftime. The Falcons could never get untracked offensively.

For Winder, Kendall Isler had 13 points, and Jamias Davis 11 to lead the Bulldoggs.

Winder kept the pressure on the third quarter using a 15-10 run to take a 51-24 lead into the fourth quarter.

it was the seventh straight loss for the Falcons.
