Reward offered in Lula vandalism case

LULA - The City of Lula is offering a reward for some vandalism to its sewer system which resulted in a sewage spill.

City officials say it appears someone intentionally blocked a manhole near Maiden Lane last Friday, resulting in a small spill of raw sewage. Mayor Milton Turner has authorized a $1,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
