Gainesville garbage pickup schedule altered

GAINESVILLE - Garbage pickup in Gainesville will be delayed one day next week because of Labor Day.

"Monday customers" will have their garbage picked up on Tuesday and "Tuesday customers" should have their's ready for pickup Wednesday. No change to the Thursday and Friday schedule.

As for recycling routes... they will operate as usual next week.
