ATLANTA -- Joshua Nesbitt is proving his dual-threat ability in Georgia Tech's practice.
Nesbitt, the senior quarterback, had a 2-yard touchdown run and a 6-yard scoring pass to Stephen Hill in the Yellow Jackets' scrimmage at Bobby Dodd Stadium on Saturday.
Nesbitt had a 30-yard gain on his first run, which ended with a hit that sent his helmet flying to the ground. The quarterback is returning after missing spring practice following ankle surgery.
Freshman quarterback Jordan Luallen had a 32-yard touchdown pass to Kevin Cone in the scrimmage. Freshman Louis Young and sophomore Julian Burnett had interceptions.
The scrimmage was Georgia Tech's 11th practice of the preseason.
