Charges brought in fatal Forsyth accident

CUMMING - As expected, charges have been brought in a fatal accident that happened Monday afternoon in Cumming.

Diego Casteneda, 20, of Canton faces charges of homicide by vehicle in the second degree in the death of Roger Lee Adams, 60, of Cumming. Casteneda is accused of pulling his SUV into the path of Adams' motorcycle on Pirkle Ferry Road at Lanier 400 Parkway.

Casteneda has posted bond and faces a court appearance November 5, 2010.
