GAINESVILLE - An accident on Lake Lanier Sunday has left a 15-year-old girl in critical condition.
Sgt. Mike Burgamy is with the state Department of Natural Resources and tells Georgia News Network "there were three (people riding on a tube being pulled by a boat) and two fell off and they fell in front of another boater and that boater had to take evasive action and missed one subject and struck another."
Investigators don't believe the operator of the boat that struck the girl was at fault.
