Domestic Violence Monument Dedicated

(Cleveland)- The recognition of domestic  violence  as a problem across northeast Georgia was highlighted Saturday in Cleveland when a  monument and garden was dedicated in memory of  Stephanie  Haslup Hart a victim.  Hart of  Toccoa and a White County 9-1-1 dispatcher was murdered  in 2008.
