HELEN - Former Helen Mayor George Fain has died following a lengthy illness.<br />

Fain died Tuesday at his home and the funeral will be at 11:00 Friday at Helen Presbyterian Church.<br />

Fain spent much of his life in his native Ohio and worked as Comptroller for Federated Department Stores and later NCR. <br />
