Lanier Soccer Association girls rec team celebrates title

After 34 games, five tournaments, and countless hours of practice the Lanier Soccer Association Jaguars recently swept to a Georgia Soccer Recreational State Championship, winning with a total of 17 goals for and zero goals against at Woodruff Farm Soccer Complex in Columbus.

The Lady Jaguars played teams that had progressed through tournament elimination in their respective regions of the state. Additionally, the team was also awarded the Sportsmanship Award.
