Johnson announces tax cut plan for industry

PENDERGRASS - Gubernatorial candidate Eric Johnson Wednesday released a plan to eliminate the sales tax on energy used in manufacturing.

The $141 million tax cut, announced during a visit to the TenCate production facility in Pendergrass, will allow Georgia manufacturers to be a leader in the 21st Century global economy, Johnson said.
