UNDATED - A Flash Flood Watch has been posted for parts of north Georgia.
It's in effect through early Tuesday for Rabun, Habersham and Stephens counties.
The National Weather Service says "excessive amounts" of rain are expected to create the potential for flooding, especially in low-lying areas and along streams, creeks and rivers.
