GAINESVILLE - Three people - including the victim's wife - are expected in court later today for a first appearance on charges they killed a a Snellville man at a Hall County park Valentine's Day.

Hall County Sheriff's Col. Jefff Strickland said 38-year-old Stacey Schoeck and two others are believed to be co-conspirators in the death of 45-year-old Richard Schoeck.

"All had individual roles in the death," Strickland said. "The investigation is still active and no other details can be released at this time."

He said Stacey Shoeck was arrested at approximately 1:15 p.m. Tuesday at her place of employment, Georgia Spine and Neurosurgery Center on the campus of DeKalb Medical Center.

Strickland said 36-year-old Reginald Coleman and 30-year-old Lynitra M. Ross, both of Austell, were also arrested Tuesday and booked at the Hall County Jail without bond. He tells Fox 5 she had been a "person of interest" since the investigation began. She had spoke fondly of her husband, his volunteer youth activity involvement and love of the outdoors during an interview with the television station a week after his death.

Hall County deputies found Richard Schoeck's body beside his pick-up truck following a 911 call from his wife saying she found him dead in the park where they were scheduled to meet on the night of Feb. 14. They said Shoeck was shot multiple times with a small caliber weapon.

Arrest warrants allege that Coleman shot Schoeck repeatedly.
