(Cleveland)- Following a day filled with rain showers, it was the answer to many prayers, the clouds broke up and the sun shined brightly  on the White County High School stadium just over an hour before the graduation ceremony was to begin Friday night.
It was a time  that senior class members had been working for. During the ceremony  Salutatorian Elizabeth Fortner talked about this magic day saying, â
