DAWSONVILLE - The second suspect in the murders of a south Georgia couple in Dawson County in December has pleaded guilty.
Jesse James Kilgore was given "life without parole" after his guilty plea in Dawson County Superior Court Monday.
A co-defendant, Benjamin Kelly Mullinax, pleaded guilty a week ago and was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences and will be eligible for parole in 30 years. (See earlier story.)
Kilgore was the triggerman in the case.
