GAINESVILLE - Twelve Gainesville-Hall County high schoolers have been named to the Governor's Honors Program this year.

Nine are enrolled in Hall County schools - representing four of the county high schools - and three at Gainesville High School.

Statewide, there are 690 students statewide that have been accepted for the program which will be held this summer at Valdosta State University.
