Library branches closed for furloughs

DAWSONVILLE - Today is the first of four straight furlough days for the Chestatee Regional Library System, which serves Dawson and Lumpkin counties.

All branches will be closed today through Sunday, re-opening at 9:00 Monday morning.

How will it affect you?

No materials will be due and no fines will be accrued while the branches are closed; no book drops will be open; no fines will be charged during the closure; access to the online catalog will be available but staff will not be available to troubleshoot; and no book donations will be collected.
