HELEN - Fire broke out at business in downtown Helen this morning but was quickly brought under control.
It was in the Music Box Shop. The call came in about 9:30.
The fire was contained to the Music Box Shop but some other businesses received smoke damage.
The cause of the fire has not been determined.
Ana Newberry, White County Fire Department spokeswoman credited quick response and a "wonderful job" by City of Helen firefighters from keeping the fire from become more serious and spreading.
It was the second commercial fire in White County in less than 12 hours. Fire destroyed the Zaxby's Restaurant on Main Street in Cleveland Monday night. (See separate story.)
