Hall offices closed Monday

GAINESVILLE - Hall County offices will be closed Monday for another furlough day.

Unfunded mandatory furlough days (one a month) were instituted by the county commission more than a year ago to deal with revenue shortfalls brought on by the recession... and County Administrator Charley Nix said last week they are likely to continue until further notice.

The Georgia Mountains Center will also observe a furlough day Monday.
