Holbrook appointed to Safe Kids board of directors

GAINESVILLE - Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County announces the appointment of announce the appointment of Community Relations Officer Kevin Holbrook of the Gainesville Police Department to the Board of Directors.

Holbrook will serve the coalition as Program Director and will work closely with Kim Martin, Coalition Coordinator, in developing and conducting outreach programs designed to reduce accidental injuries to children in Gainesville and Hall County. He has been employed with the police department for seven years and has been a member of Safe Kids Gainesville/Hall County for five years. He also serves on the Lanier Child Passenger Safety Task Force as a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician Instructor.

"I have worked with officer Holbrook for five years, and I am looking forward to having him serve the Gainesville/Hall County community as Program Director," Martin said.
