ACWORTH -- The Class AAA third-ranked Chestatee girls hammered Alexander Tuesday 45-13 in the Lake Allatoona Classic.
It was the first game back for the Lady War Eagles (9-1) since a tough double-overtime loss to East Hall in the Lanierland Tournament finals.
Peyton Robertson led Chestatee with 15 points and four rebounds. Emily Crain added nine points and Sam Brown had seven points for the Lady War Eagles.
Chesatee plays again Wednesday in the Lake Allatoona Classic.
