18 busted on drug charges in Gwinnett

LAWRENCEVILLE - Beginning early this year, the Gwinnett County Police Department Narcotics Unit received information about two groups of people selling methamphetamine in Gwinnett.

The detectives involved in this case were able to determine that both groups were buying and selling between each other. A long term investigation was started in September and resulted in the arrested of 18 people, during raids in six locations (one of them in Suwanee), and the seizure of $135,000 worth of drugs, nine vehicles, nine guns and $28,611 in cash.

Those who were arrested and the charges facing them:

*Spencer Byram, 21 - possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, trafficking in methamphetamine
*Rebekah Mount, 27 - trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a weapon during a crime
*Bertin Ayala-Millan, 37 - Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act (VGCSA) possession of a controlled substance
*Orlando Lopez-Ayala, 24 - trafficking in methamphetamine
*Juan Antonio Trejo-Zapatero, 27 - trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a weapon during a crime, VGCSA intent to distribute
*Estella Betancourt, 46 - trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in cocaine
*Felipe Garcia aka Jaime Gutierrez-Garcia, 53 - trafficking in methamphetamine
*Debra Lynn Holley, 54 - conspiracy to commit a crime
*Rigoberto Medina, 31 - VGCSA intent to distribute
*Kinneth Ray Devrick, 34 - conspiracy to commit a crime, VGCSA intent to distribute
*Tracy Devrick, 37 - conspiracy to commit a crime, VGCSA possess of schedule II

*Guadalupe Pineda-Jaimes, 30 - trafficking in methamphetamine
*Aurelio Perez-Pineda, 30 - trafficking in methamphetamine, driving w/o a license
*William Miles Rosser, 32 - conspiracy to commit a crime, driving w/ suspended license
*Isidoro Villegas-Aguirre, 30 - trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a weapon during a crime
*Jason Dehart, 30 - VGCSA possession of a controlled substance
*Jessica Edgar, 19 - VGCSA possession of a controlled substance

One other suspect, Corina Lineth Fierro-Ayala, 19, remains at large.
