ATLANTA - High school students across Georgia - including those in 18 northeast Georgia schools - will get help from the state this week with college applications.
The third annual "Georgia Apply to College Week" starts Monday at more than 100 schools. The campaign aims to help high school seniors apply to Georgia colleges through the state-run GACollege411.org.
Volunteers from state agencies, colleges and the community will be in schools to help students with their applications and answer questions.
The event started in 2008 with just eight schools and now is in 109 high schools across the state.
