Motorcyclist killed in E. Hall crash identified

LULA - The motorcycle rider who was killed in a single-vehicle accident in the East Hall area early Sunday has been identified.

The crash occurred around 4 a.m. on Old Cornelia Highway at East Hall Road near East Hall High School. Authorities said 42-year-old Stevie Boisclair of Homer was killed in the accident.

According to the Georgia State Patrol, Boisclaire was traveling at a high rate of speed when he lost control and left the roadway before striking a ditch.
