RABBITTOWN -- Dawson County managed just 161 yard of offense on Friday but it was more than enough to nip East Hall, 24-6 in Rabbittown.
The Tigers (2-6, 2-2 Region 8N-AA) notched their second win of the season thanks to an explosive second quarter.
Dawson County took a 17-0 lead before halftime on touchdown catches from Bruce Clark and Ethan Brown and a 27-yard field goal from Brown.
Tigers quarterback Tyler Dominy completed 4 of 7 passes for 76 yards and also had a 17-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter to put the contest out of reach. Eian Perry paced Dawson's rushing attack with 59 yards on the ground.
Quarterback Zach Groover scored a touchdown for the Vikings (3-5, 2-2) with 37 seconds left to play. Carlos Negron paced East Hall with 74 yards rushing, while Groover passed for 70 yards -- including 51 yards receiving for Chaz Cheeks.

East Hall will travel to Banks County next week looking to bounce back and do the same.
