Rush-hour nightmare on Ga. 53

CUMMING - Both lanes of Georgia Highway 53 reopened about 5:15 Wednesday afternoon following a wreck that shut them down about 3:00.

The accident happened about 3:00 near Dogwood Path in Forsyth County, just across the bridge at the Hall-Forsyth county line.

At least one person was reported trapped in the wreckage.
