ATLANTA- Commissioner of Agriculture Tommy Irvin is alerting Georgians to the recall of some instant noodle products because they do not meet proper inspection requirements.
Well Luck Co., Inc., Jersey City, N.J., is recalling approximately 50,000 pounds of instant noodle products that were ineligible for import to the U.S. because they do not meet product inspection or exemption requirements for poultry, beef and pork. The meat ingredients originated from China, where the inspection system is not deemed to be equivalent as required by federal regulations.
