Gladiators fall to Everblades

ESTERO, FLORIDA - The Gwinnett Gladiators dropped a 3-2 decision to the Florida Everblades on Friday night at the Germain Arena in Estero, Florida.

Gwinnett drops to 18-16-3-2 on the season with the loss as the Gladiators are now winless in their last three road games.

Gwinnett jumped out to a 1-0 lead on the Everblades on the first shift of the game. Chris Higgins deflected a puck past Everblades netminder Barry Brust for his 6th goal of the season 24 seconds into the first period. Pat Galivan collected a helper on the marker taking the initial shot though traffic from the right wing circle for Gwinnett.
