Gainesville man to address legislative panel

GAINEVILLE - A Gainesville man who heads the world's largest market forecasting company is scheduled to address a state legislative committee next week.

Robert Prechter is president of Elliot Wave International.

Senator Chip Pearson of Dawsonville will co-chair the joint Economic Development Committee meeting which will look at job creation in the state.

A spokeswoman for Prechter said he will be addressing the legislative panel regarding jobs this year.
