GAINESVILLE - Kids of all ages turned out Saturday for the Gainesville Parks and Recreation Department's 10th Annual Touch-A-Truck.
The event was held at city park and featured - among other things - emergency vehicles from various city and county agencies. Youngsters got the chance to sit behind the wheel of of the fire trucks, police cars, and other equipment that was on display.
Parks and Recreation bills the event as a safe way to see and touch the big machines
