Jefferson police pitching 'out of town' patrols

JEFFERSON - People in Jefferson can now sign up online for extra police patrols of their homes while they are out of town.

There is no charge for the service to people who live inside the city limits of Jefferson.

There's a form on the city Web site to use in the requesting the extra patrols. (See link below.)
