NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Another award for the Zac Brown Band, the northeast Georgia band that has racked up a number of accolades recently for its hit single Chicken Fried.
The band was honored earlier this week by the Country Music Television awards with the Breakthrough Video Award.
In April, the band was named top new vocal group of the year at the at the 44th Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.
The group includes namesake, Zac Brown, a native of Dahlonega, and John Hopkins, a Gainesville native.
