LAWRENCEVILLE - The Gwinnett County Public Library System is beginning a new strategic planning process that will employ a survey that will be used to help shape the direction and priorities of the library over the next three years.
Library officials say public input "will help us create and expand upon programs and services that best satisfy our community needs."
They say it should take only about five minutes to complete the survey which will be conducted through April 1. Participants will remain anonymous.
