Report: Swansey to transfer from UGA

According to published reports, point guard Zac Swansey confirmed Monday that he is transferring away from the University of Georgia.

Swansey, a sophomore from Dunwoody -- who also played two seasons at Flowery Branch High -- lost his position as the team's starting point guard this season to Dustin Ware.

The Bulldogs are currently in the midst of a coaching search after firing coach Dennis Felton in January.
