ATHENS - The University of Georgia is offering students and their spouses or domestic partners free swine flu vaccinations on campus this week.
Students and partners who meet Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines can get the shot or nasal spray between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the University Health Center from Wednesday through Friday, and at the Tate Student Center next Monday and Tuesday.
Steven Dumpert, a risk communicator for the state's Northeast Health District, says that as college students get their swine flu shots, demand for the vaccine should ease in Clarke County.
