Hall BOE ready to move on schedule changes

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Board of Education is set to go forward with changes to the high school daily schedule.

"We will be recommending a change at the high school schedule to a hybrid seve-period day away from the current block (schedule)," Supertendent Will Schofield said after Tuesday night's BOE work session.

Changes are also coming to local graduation requirements.

"We will be recommending a change to make our local graduation requirements mirror the state requirements of 23 units," Schofield said. "We will be recommending local seals on our diplomas to reflect â
