KANDAHAR, Afghanistan - Afghan officials say a suicide bomber targeting an Afghan security forces convoy in the south of the country has killed 10 civilians and wounded another 13.
The attack comes on a day that saw Hamid Karzai inaugurated for a second term as Afghan president.
As he was sworn in, Karzai said Afghanistan will control its own security within five years.
Also today, NATO says two U.S. service members have been killed in an explosion in southern Afghanistan.
