Bond denied for alleged would-be kidnapper

GAINESVILLE - Bond was denied Monday morning for the man arrested over the weekend and charged with trying to kidnap a 10 year old North Hall boy.

Dwayne Seibel, 51, was arrested Saturday night by Hall County sheriff's deputies responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle near where last Sunday's attempted abduction occurred. (See separate story.)

Seibel's bond was denied during a first appearance hearing in Hall County Magistrate's Court.
