Nancy Pelosi and some other Democrats pushing Obamacare have been very direct in saying anyone standing up in a town hall meeting and opposing that plan is un-American. Decent Americans, Pelosi said, just will not speak out in public meetings. Nothing I have heard lately is more indicative of how out-of-touch Pelosi and company are with we-the-people. <br />

Representative Phil Gingrey, speaking at the Gainesville town hall meeting about health care, hit a home run when he commented that anybody who thinks loud talking and heated debate is not part of American political tradition has never served on a school board (which Gingrey has).
