Volleyball: North Hall splits with GHS, West Forsyth

MURRAYVILLE - North Hall split a pair of Area 7-AAA matches Tueday at home.

The Lady Trojans dropped a tough thre-game match to West Forsyth 25-22, 21-25, 25-20 in the opener. In the second match, North Hall sweept Gainesville 25-10, 25-16.

Evann Rowland set the pace for North Hall with 10 kills, 10 digs, six aces, and two blocks. Kathryn Bell had 25 assists, five kills, four digs, and six aces for the Lady Trojans.

Lauren Gregory added 10 kills, five digs, two blocks, and one ace; Sarah Paschall had four kills, four blocks, one dig, and one ace; Anna Marchman had eight kills, three digs, one block, and one ace; and Megan Cox added eight digs for Noth Hall.

Haley Panter had five digs, three assists, and one kill while Liz Pittman had three digs for the Lady Trojans. Jen Owen and Ali Souther each had four digs and Lindsey Wright added three digs and one ace for North Hall.
