GAINESVILLE - Coldwell Banker Heritage Real Estate has scheduled a free home buyer seminar for Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the Gainesville office.
Agents say they hope to answer questions about qualifying for loans, buying foreclosures and qualifying for tax credits, among other issues related to home buying in the current economy. Loan specialists, realtors and a home inspector will be available to field questions.
The seminar will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the office at 675 E.E. Butler Parkway in Gainesville.
A continental breakfast will be served and child care will be made available if needed.
