UNDATED - The level of Lake Lanier continues its dramatic increase... up almost two feet in just two days. A month ago, it was 4.5 feet lower than it is today.
Meanwhile, Gainesville picked up another .57 of an inch of rain yesterday, bringing the total this week to 5.68 inches and for the new year to 5.92 inches.
