CHICAGO -- Candice Dupree scored 20 points, Jia Perkins had 19 and the Chicago Sky cruised to a 91-70 victory over the winless Atlanta Dream on Saturday night.
Chasity Melvin had 12 points and seven rebounds, and Cathy Joens scored 10 points to help the Sky (3-4) set a franchise record for a margin of victory.
Chicago never trailed en route to winning its second straight a weekend home-and-home sweep of the expansion Dream after a three-game losing streak. The Sky got their biggest win since an 18-point victory against Houston last year.
Jennifer Lacy had 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead Atlanta (0-7), Betty Lennox had 17 and Ivory Latta 13.
Chicago shot 54 percent (30-for-56) from the field and outrebounded Atlanta 35-24. Dupree, who also had six rebounds, shot 6-for-11 from the field and 8-for-10 from the free-throw line, and Perkins was 8-for-12 from the floor.
The Sky played once again without injured rookie Sylvia Fowles, who is out four to six weeks due to a sprained left knee.
Chicago used a 17-0 second quarter run to build a 52-26 halftime lead with the 26-point advantage also established a new mark for the third-year franchise.
The lead never dipped below 18 points in the second half.
