One student on board during school bus accident

GAINESVILLE - A Hall County Schools bus was involved in a minor wreck with a pick-up truck Monday on Athens Highway at Gillsville Highway.

Hall County Schools spokesman Gordon Higgins said one student was on board the bus and has already been taken home.

Officials with the Georgia State Patrol said the school bus rear-ended the pick-up. They said the driver of the pick-up truck complained of some pain but was not transported from the scene.
