Reputed gang member charged with robbery

GAINESVILLE - A robbery investigation in Gainesville has led to the arrest of a reputed street gang member.

Members of the Gainesville-Hall County Gang Task Force have charged Nick Falcon, 24, with armed robbery and violation of the Street Gang and Terrorism Act.

Nick Falcon was arrested in connection with the April 25 robbery of an individual on Highland Terrace.

Lt. Scott Ware said Falcon is a member of the SUR 13 street gang and was charged with stealing $300 at knife point.
