By The Associated Press
GREENSBORO, N.C. -- The Blue Devils will be among six ACC schools who will be facing a Big Ten team for the first time ever in the annual clash of the conferences. Duke is at Purdue on Dec. 2.

The other first-time matchups in the Challenge feature Wisconsin at Virginia Tech, Clemson at Illinois, Ohio State at Miami, Iowa at Boston College and Michigan at Maryland.

North Carolina, which lost to Kansas in the national semifinals, faces Michigan State at Ford Field on Dec. 3. The Spartans are the only Big Ten team with a winning record in the Challenge at 5-3, with two of those wins coming against the Tar Heels.

Also on the slate are Virginia at Minnesota, Indiana at Wake Forest, Florida State at Northwestern and Penn State at Georgia Tech.

North Carolina State will not compete in this year's challenge.
