Volunteers needed for Tour de Georgia

DAHLONEGA - If you have some free time April 25, the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Convention and Visitors Bureau would like to hear from you.

The CVB needs about 250 volunteers that day when the Tour de Georgia rolls into Dahlonega, according to CVB President Hal Williams. Williams says the biggest need is tour marshals along the route.

The annual bicycle race begins April 21 on Tybee Island. It will be in Gainesville April 24.
