RABBITTOWN - Josh Wright won his fourth game of the season pitching six shutout innings to lead North Hall to a 10-0, six-inning win over East Hall Thursday in Region 7-AAA baseball action.
Wright struck out nine, walked just one, and allowed just four hits as the Trojans improved 6-2, 3-1 in region and moved into a four-way tie for first place with Gainesville, Flowery Branch, and White County.
Ken Wise took the loss for East Hall as North Hall used a six-run second inning, highlighted by a three-run home run by Wright, who finished with two hits and four RBI.
Jackson Coker added a two-run home run in the sixth to seal the win.
K.J. McAllister had two singles, an RBI and scored two runs for the Trojans. Graham Duncan, Davis Partrick, and A.J. Allison each had a hit for North Hall.
East Hall was led at the plate by Billy Satterfield who had a double.
The Trojans next will play host to White County next Friday at Jody Davis Field at 5:30 p.m.
