ATLANTA - Some Georgia students are getting one more day of Thanksgiving break.
Fannin and Rabun counties have canceled school Monday because of a wintry mix falling in the mountains in the state's northeast corner.
Parts of Georgia and South Carolina are under a winter weather advisory until Tuesday morning. The National Weather Service now says higher elevations are expected to get up to 4 inches of snow. Most areas, however, will see rain mixed with snow. (See separate story.)
