Georgia Tech-FSU game set for afternoon kickoff

ATLANTA -- Georgia Tech's home game against Florida State on Nov. 1 has been set for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff.

The game will be televised regionally by ABC, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced on Monday.

The game could be a possible preview of the ACC championship game. Georgia Tech, which is 6-1 overall and moved into The Associated Press Top 25 on Sunday at No. 21, leads the Coastal Division with a 3-1 conference mark. Florida State (5-1, 2-1) is tied for first in the Atlantic Division.

Georgia Tech plays host to Virginia on Saturday.
