ELLIJAY - Plans are in the works for a 155-acre industrial park near the airport in Ellijay.
According to a posting on the state Department of Community Affairs Web site, the first building would have 800,000 square feet and be ready in about three years.
The build-out for the entire project is list as 2012.
The industrial park is being developed by CSC Contractors of Canton.
